Sunrise Botanics Return & Refund Policy

At Sunrise Botanics, your satisfaction is very important to us. We want every customer to have a hassle-free shopping experience. Our products are carefully sourced and packed with care, but as it relates to natural herbs, flowers, and botanicals, they may not always look exactly like the images on our website. Product photos are taken in studio conditions for clarity, while nature provides variety in color, texture, and size. This is completely normal and part of the natural beauty of botanicals.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us first at info@sunrisebotanics.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
    • Wait for our confirmation and a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your package.
  2. Send your item back using a tracked and signed service.
    • We can only accept responsibility for returned items once they are signed for at our facility.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s):
    • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours to your original method of payment.
    • Refunds will exclude shipping and return fees.

Return Conditions

To ensure safety and quality, returned products must be:

  • Unopened and unused, with safety seals and closures intact
  • In their original packaging and saleable condition
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Variations in natural products (e.g., shade of color, cut size, or aroma intensity) are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

 

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your financial institution to complete processing after we issue the refund.
