Botanical Name: Arnica Montana

Infused In: Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Standardization: 11.3% dry herb/L of oil (i.e., 113 g herb per 1000 ml of oil)
Common Uses: Arnica has superior topical anti-inflammatory properties and can be used in liniment and ointment preparations for aches, pains, sprains, bruises, arthritis, and even insect bites. Its is both soothing and relieving.
Guidelines:
 Tinctures: 1:10 dried flower prepared with 70% ethanol 
 Creams & Ointments: 20 - 25% tincture or a maximum of 15% Arnica Oil 
 Compresses: Tincture diluted 3 - 10 times with water
