Hibiscus Blend Tea Recipe

This is a great, fruity tea with a little kick of spice that can be enjoyed hot or chilled!

Perfect treat for a nice spring day!

Here is what you will need:

4 teaspoons of hibiscus flowers

1 teaspoon spearmint leaves

1 cinnamon stick

5 cloves

1 vanilla bean

4 cups of water

Bonus tip- 1/2 Teaspoon of honey

How to make this tea:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Then, add the boiling water over the ingredients. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain. If you so wish, add a touch of honey to sweeten it.

For chilled tea, let it cool for 20 minutes and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
